Happy Halloween

This year Madison dressed up like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. What a cute Dorothy she was. Kaitlynn went to a friend's house to watch scary movies like she has done for the past two years. I guess once you become a teenager it's no longer fun to go trick or treating. Although she did dress up at her friends, pictures below. I did make it by Madison's school on Halloween to snap a picture of her classmates all dressed up. All the kids were so cute, even the teachers costumes this year were very unique.

I've been playing around with photoshop and colored my driveway yellow. Plus just learning the lasso tools to do a cut outs. Very time consuming but fun to learn.

pumpkin carving

 With everything being so busy this time of year we didn't manage to get our pumpkins carved on time. We ended up carving our pumpkins a little late this year (2 days before Halloween) but at least we did get it done. Kaitlynn didn't participate, she didn't want to come out and take pictures so Madison was the only one interested in carving. The only thing we haven't done yet is take our pictures in the leaves, but I am waiting for some more  leaves to fall so we can take them.

Visit to the Pumpkin Patch

I would have to admit my most favorite time of the year is FALL!! It is definitely the prettiest season to me. Growing up in Florida, I never got to see the seasons change when I was little so every year this time I feel like such a little kid....getting so excited when the leaves change colors. Nature is such a wonderful thing. It always amazes me how quickly the leaves change and how many colors they turn. Not only do I love the leaves, but going to the Pumpkin Patch is also one of my favorite things to do in the Fall. I take way too many pictures and then have a hard time deciding which ones to scrap.
